Command Dog Training
Being a local business, manual tasks can be costly, the focus was to automate the registration process for new clients allowing for less required admin work. This was achieved through the setup of a 3rd party booking system and custom integration into Mailchimp via an API-based script.
The end result created an automated workflow for their administration team that freed 15-20 minutes on average of work per new client.
